At J&J Healing Journeys, our mission is to provide compassionate, inclusive, whole person healing experiences through counseling, retreats, sound healing, shamanic work, and spiritual journeys. Our approach to healing weaves in somatic embodied therapies, shamanic wisdom, practices in nature and with Earth energy, trauma informed care, movement, breathwork, and experiential creative process.
